Foam NSW Terms & Conditions
The Terms of Sale/Service are
part of Foam NSW’s Terms & Conditions and are additional terms by which all
Users or guests abide when using the Service. When you book online or via phone
with Foam NSW, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the
booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you
are bound under the terms and conditions herein.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings are charged upon
completion of the service requested. Foam NSW can be paid in many ways to suit
our customers convenience, including but not limited to, PayID, Bank transfer
and cash payments. Any Declined payments will lead Foam NSW to ask the customer
to find a solution for the payment of the service provided. Foam NSW will start
a collection process 48 hours after getting the customer’s payment refused.
BOOKING TERMS &
CONDITIONS
Customers should remove all
fragile personal belongings, and other significant items from the area of works
prior to any type of cleaning. Although Foam NSW employee’s will do their best
to ensure clients are made aware of items in the area that will require removal
prior to the commencement of a service, they will not under any circumstances accept
any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property, or any
belongings contained at the location of service. Clients must assure that
surfaces being serviced are in a lawful and safe area, and if you feel otherwise,
please communicate your concerns with your pressure washing specialist. All surfaces
are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal pressure
cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited
to the cost of the service. We reserve the right to take a debit or credit card
details to secure the booking. Debit/Credit cards shall be processed by Foam
NSW. We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing
levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.
LATE CANCELLATION &
RESCHEDULING
You may reschedule or cancel any
appointment up to 24 hours before the due date. However, inside of the 24 hour
period, a $30 fee is charged to compensate our technician. This rule applies
for any retail priced pressure clean.
SATISFACTION POLICY
If there is probable and clear
cause that the service technician did not fulfill the service as quoted, or
there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the
uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Any claims
must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone (0404
295 695), email (foamnsw@gmail.com), or
text message (0404 295 695). Pictures of the area must be texted or emailed to
(foamnsw@gmail.com) within 24 hours of
the claim being made.
APPOINTMENT TIME
Due to traffic or unforeseen
circumstances, our technician might arrive late. Please allow a 30-60 minute
arrival window for scheduled services. FNSW shall do its best to contact you about
any known delays.

By accessing this website, you
are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all
applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for
compliance with any applicable local or national Australian laws. If you do not
agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this

copyright and trade mark law.
